About Using UV Lamp Curing
- UV flashlight (6-9W): 2-4min
- UV lamp (54W): 2-3min
* Curing time also depends on product thickness.
UV Resin Curing Time
Curing Time about Translucent UV Resin:
- 1ML for 60 seconds
- 3ML for 150 seconds
Curing Time about Translucent UV Resin with Pigments:
- 1ML for 120 seconds
- 3ML for 150 seconds
- Notice: Max pigment ratio is 1:10
Curing Failure Reasons：
- Molds are not clear.
- Add excessive pigment.
- Deep color of resin.
User tips
Use applicator bottle
Pour a small amout of UV resin into silicone mold with nozzle
Pour out more UV resin without the nozzle to reduce bubbles
